Pre-Owned Oris Watches For Men

Oris was established in 1904 by Paul Cattin and Georges Christian. With just 24 workers at inception, within seven years the company was employing more than three hundred people. It was for this reason that an exceptionally large number of flats and houses were built in the town of Holstein (where the company was based) to accommodate the growing business. It wasn’t’ too long before Oris became Holstein’s largest employer.

In 1927, Georges Christian died, and Oscar Herzog was subsequently appointed as CEO. He went on to hold this position for 43 years, helping to establish the brand as one of Switzerland’s top luxury watchmakers. Although having produced quartz movements at one time, Oris now only creates watches powered by mechanical calibres. The brand is well known for its quality and workmanship and reasonable price range.

Men’s Oris watches are hugely popular. Indeed, the brand became the sole supplier for the BMW Williams Formula One team in 2003. This propelled them even further into the limelight, encouraging more people to add Oris watches to their collections.

If you would like to get your hands on a beautiful men’s Oris watch, Mark Worthington Jewellers has a range of pre-owned Oris watches and brand new Oris watches that are just perfect for either yourself or a loved one.
