Used IWC Watches

The International Watch Co, or IWC, was founded in 1868 by Florentine Ariosto Jones, an American watchmaker. The company is located in Schaffhausen, in eastern Switzerland. Jones’ aim when creating IWC was to combine US technology with Swiss craftsmanship. Jones rented a factory in Schaffhausen in 1869 and began crafting beautiful timepieces for the American market. However, it was not long before he was forced to rent more rooms and, by 1874, plans for a second factory were in the pipeline. By the end of 1875, the construction of a new factory that could accommodate up to 300 workers was completed. IWC watches are known for their classic design and exceptional craftsmanship. The timepieces are synonymous with luxury and quality and it is this that make them as hugely popular as they currently are. Made from only the finest material, and with each watch being painstakingly handcrafted, those who own an IWC watch are almost always aware that they wear something special on their wrist. But as with all top-quality watches, brand-new IWC watches come with a price to match. Thankfully, you can own a uniquely beautiful IWC watch without paying top prices by checking out our range of pre-owned styles. Our watches come with original papers and a box, making them the ideal gift.
